Yes, and several of these jobs were run that way. You get a weekly photo report and a video walkthrough, decisions are approved by message, and we hold the keys. The quote is fixed in writing first, so nothing changes while you are away.

It depends on scope: a bathroom is delivered in 12–20 working days and a full renovation of 80 m² in 8–12 weeks. Each entry states the real timescale for that job.

Yes. We handle the technical documentation and municipal permits, apply for the cédula de habitabilidad where the work requires it, and prepare the paperwork the comunidad de propietarios needs to approve work on shared elements such as soil stacks and facades.

Yes. Every photo in the galleries comes from work carried out by ARMEX, with no staged shots and no stock images. Where we do not yet have our own photos, the case is left without a gallery rather than filled with someone else's material. The one exception is flagged on the page itself: the home automation project uses reference images and says so underneath them. We do not publish addresses or anything that identifies our clients.
