The starting point
What we found
Full renovation of a flat in an old building with Catalan vaulted ceilings and the original hydraulic tile floor. Both were recovered rather than covered over: the ceiling was left exposed, and the floor was lifted tile by tile, cleaned and relaid. Around that, services, kitchen and layout were rebuilt.
