We reply the same working day, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 15:00, in English. Next comes a free technical visit at the property, and the fixed quote follows in writing within 48 hours. The office is at Carrer de la Diputació, 189, Local 2, 08011 Barcelona, and we cover Barcelona city and the whole metropolitan area with no travel surcharge.
However you get in touch, the process is identical: we talk, we survey, and you receive a fixed written quote.
The fastest route and the one most people use. You can send photos of the current state and we will tell you what needs checking before the visit. We reply in working hours, in English.

Documents you will need
We handle the technical paperwork: permits, waste disposal certificates, electrical certification and the habitability certificate where required. You will need proof of ownership and, for a communal element, the owners association consent.
