2. Purpose

The data you provide through the contact form or via WhatsApp is processed in order to answer your enquiry, prepare the corresponding quote and maintain the resulting business relationship. In addition, if you accept analytics cookies, we measure in aggregate how the site is used so we can improve it.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when you send your enquiry and, where applicable, performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

4. Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law to address liabilities arising from the contract.

5. Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Certain technology providers may access the data as processors, under the corresponding contracts: web hosting, email and messaging, and Google Ireland Limited and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited for site analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity), only when you have enabled the analytics cookie category.

6. International transfers

Site analytics may involve processing of data by Google and Microsoft outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. 7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@armexsmarthouse.es and proving your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep personal data secure and to prevent it from being altered, lost or accessed without authorisation.

9. Language
