What we found
A full flat renovation carried out to put the property on the rental market: two new bathrooms, the same wood floor throughout, pale seamless wall finishes and the original cast-iron radiators refurbished rather than replaced. It was handed over finished and ready to move into.

- 03A pale seamless wall finish in the bathrooms instead of tiling joints

- 05Existing cast-iron radiators taken down, checked and refitted
- 06A translucent glazed partition in the hallway to bring daylight into the inner rooms
- 07Concealed perimeter lighting in the bedroom ceilings
