2. Purpose of the treatment
The personal data collected through the contact form on the website is processed for the following purposes:
- Respond to the user's initial query about construction, renovation or rehabilitation services.
- Manage the preliminary commercial relationship, including the preparation of budgets and the coordination of visits to the object of the work.
- Send communications related to the query formulated (unsolicited commercial communications are not sent without additional express consent).
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of data is based on the consent of the interested party, given freely, specifically, informed and unequivocal by checking the acceptance box on the contact form (article 6.1.a of the RGPD).
4. Categories of processed data
- Identification data: name, telephone number, email.
- Data related to the project: city/area, type of project, type of space, approximate meters, current status, description of needs, estimated deadline, attached photographs.
5. Data recipients
The data is not transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation. If necessary for the provision of the service (for example, material suppliers or subcontractors), the data will be communicated only to the extent necessary and under the confidentiality conditions required by current regulations.
6. International transfers
There are no international transfers of data to countries outside the European Economic Area, unless third-party services are used that require it, in which case compliance with the appropriate guarantees will be guaranteed in accordance with Chapter V of the RGPD.
7. Data retention
Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine possible responsibilities arising from the processing. The maximum retention period is 2 years from the last contact, unless there is a legal retention obligation for a longer period (for example, tax or accounting obligations).
8. Rights of the interested party
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), the user can exercise the following rights:
- Access: obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you are being processed.
- Rectification: request the modification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Suppression: request the deletion of your personal data.
- Limitation of treatment: request the restriction of the processing of your data.
- Portability: receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Opposition: object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation.
To exercise these rights, the user can contact Armex Smart House through the channels indicated in section 1 of this policy or through the contact page.
Likewise, the user has the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates current regulations.

Armex Smart House adopts the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access.
10. Contact form: treatment details
The pre-inquiry form on the website collects the data indicated in section 4. The information is used exclusively to respond to the user's query. The data is not incorporated into commercial prospecting files without additional express consent.
The consent box that the user must check before submitting the form has the following scope:
- Authorizes Armex Smart House to contact the user to respond to the query made.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the legality of the treatment carried out previously.
- The data provided will be kept in accordance with what is indicated in section 7.
11. Modifications
Armex Smart House reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments, as well as industry practices. Modifications will be posted on this page.
